Mahamaya Tours and Travels – Tariff and Terms*

 

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Mahamaya Tours and Travels’ services, including the rental of sedan, hatchback, SUV (Scorpio, Zylo), Inova, and Marazzo vehicles. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

1. Vehicle Categories:

  • Sedan & Hatchbacks:

    • Local Under 300 km: ₹1650, including 100 km and 10 hours. Extra km charged at ₹9, and extra hours at ₹100.
    • Running above 300 km: ₹10/km. Driver’s food charge: ₹100.

  • SUV (Scorpio, Zylo):

    • Under 300 km Local Rate: ₹2000, including 100 km and 10 hours. Extra hours charged at ₹100, and extra km at ₹10.
    • Running above 300 km: ₹12/km. Driver’s food charge: ₹100.

  • Inova & Marazzo:

    • Under 300 km Local Rate: ₹2500, including 100 km and 10 hours. Extra km at ₹12, and extra hours at ₹100.
    • Running above 300 km:
      • Marazzo: ₹13/km
      • Inova: ₹14/km
      • Inova Crysta: ₹15/km
      • Driver’s food charge: ₹100.

2. Out of Station Rate:

  • Minimum Running: 300 km
    • Sedan: ₹10/km
    • SUV: ₹12/km
    • Inova: ₹14/km
    • Inova Crysta: ₹15/km
    • Marazzo: ₹13/km
    • Hatchback: ₹9/km

3. Additional Charges:

  • Night Stay: ₹300
  • Food Allowance (if driver stays overnight): ₹200

4. Booking and Cancellation:

  • Reservations can be made through our website or mobile app.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time will incur a cancellation fee.

5. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy and the terms agreed upon during the booking.

6. Responsibility of the Customer:

  • The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period.
  • Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Fuel Policy:

  • The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel.
  • The customer is required to return the vehicle with a full tank. Any fuel shortage will be charged at the prevailing market rate.

8. General Conduct:

  • The customer is expected to treat the vehicle and the driver with respect.
  • Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the vehicles.

9. Disputes and Resolutions:

  • Any disputes arising from the use of Mahamaya Tours and Travels’ services will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Amendments to Terms:

  • Mahamaya Tours and Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Mahamaya Tours and Travels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these terms.
